Being homeless should be a crime. If you are homeless and living on the streets you should be sent to prison. First offense should be 1 month. Second offense 6 months. Third offense 1 year and so on.

Homelessness on our streets is unsightly, unsanitary, invitation for anti-social behavior, invitation for crime, and ruins it for everyone else who wants to enjoy public spaces. Parks are for relaxing and taking a leisurely stroll through. Not for sleeping. Not for camping. Not for the unbathed. Not for those shooting dope.

I don't mind if homeless people are sent to special homeless prisons, like those who are found insane are sent to insane asylums or those who are convicted of sex offenses being sent to special prisons. I don't even mind if people want to shoot dope in private property and behind closed doors. Once you bring that shit in public you need to go to prison.

And also, people living out of their car should also be considered homeless and face the same punishment that I have outlined here.
