The more agency a female has, the more hypergamous and promiscuous she is, meaning females end up having regular meaningless hookups with top 20% of men. Through this process their perception of the average man becomes skewed where they start to think the 10th percentile man represents the average man. So when they try to find a man to settle down, they can't find a man of that attractiveness because those men get quickly removed from the market or only like playing the field.

At the same time, being career-oriented, a consequence of increased agency, makes them adopt more masculine personality traits and bad diet, which makes them undesirable especially as they get older. Eventually, they give up trying to find a man and start a family. Leading to a decrease in birth rate and ultimately the end of society. All human cultures developed rules restricting female agency to prevent the effect I am describing.
